Vancouver police seek witnesses to sport bike crash
Vancouver police are seeking help from any witnesses to a single-vehicle crash that sent the driver of a sport motorcycle to hospital with serious injuries.
The incident happened on July 5 at around 6 p.m. near Granville Street and West 43rd Avenue, police said in a news release today (July 11).
The driver of the green-coloured Kawasaki Ninja was travelling south on Granville Street when the motorcycle went out of control and crashed, police said.
The driver remains in hospital after suffering injuries to his head and chest, and bone fractures.
“Speed is considered to be a factor in the investigation,” police said in the release.
