Victim of Vancouver’s sixth homicide of the year identified
Police have released the identity of a man who was fatally stabbed in Vancouver’s sixth homicide of the year.
The victim is Ronald William March, a 57-year-old Burnaby man, police said in a news release today (August 15).
March’s body was discovered in an alley following a 911 report on August 8 that screaming was heard in the 3400 block of Renfrew Street.
No charges have been laid but police earlier said they had identified a 47-year-old Burnaby man as a person of interest in the case.
The investigation continues.
