Re: "Cycling advocate Richard Campbell favours Kingsway bike lanes"
Saying that no bike lanes are needed on Kingsway because of the BC Parkway, is like saying there is no need for cars on 4th Avenue because Broadway is close by. Many businesses can benefit from bike lanes. A lot more bikes can be parked near a business and cyclists are far more likely to see and stop at a business than commuters in cars. [read story]
