Yet Joe Kinnear, not long into his black-and-white tracksuit at Newcastle United, the English Premier League club that is currently going through a prolonged period of extreme turbulence both on and off the field, decided a five-minute stream of invective that contained more than 50 swear words was the best way ahead.
