You can see these films on the big screen at SPARK FX 09—on until Monday (January 26) at the Vancity Theatre (1181 Seymour Street)—and hear from the experts behind such visual effects.

The second annual film festival put on by the Vancouver chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery’s Special Interest Group on Graphics and Interactive Techniques, it features talks by visual-effects artist Harrison Ellenshaw (TRON) and others on prosthetics, digital water, and more.
