Aggressive forechecking gives Canada the first goal against U.S. in Olympic hockey final

Aggressive forechecking by Mike Richards led to Canada scoring the first goal in the men's Olympic hockey final in Vancouver.

Richards stole the puck deep in the U.S. end and his shot was stopped by U.S. netminder Ryan Miller.

However, Jonathan Toews banged in the rebound, giving Canada  a 1-0  first-period lead.
