Ozzy Osbourne pulls out the Black Sabbath gems to please the crowd in Vancouver

Ozzy can't really sing worth beans anymore, but it doesn't seem to matter to the metalheads when he pulls out Black Sabbath classics like "War Pigs" and "Iron Man". Now that Ronnie James Dio is gone, he should just give up the solo career, get back with the remaining Sabbath members (while they're still around), and go out with a bang on one final world tour. Now that would be worth paying $45 a T-shirt for.

Georgia Straight music writer Steve Newton is posting items of interest from tonight's (November 14) Ozzy Osbourne concert at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Check out the full review tomorrow at www.straight.com/music.

yah - I paid good money to see a geriatric in pajamas sing my favorite songs, but I did get a great work out with the water polo hand movements! he's great, but would have liked to see opening act and him with more costumes and show. so glad that he can still make millions girating a stand while we peasants work 9 - 5 . love yah Ozzziiiiii

Ozzy is unstoppable, as shown by the fact that he's still even alive after the last 30+ years of madness. Halford, nothing need be said, the Metal God is still alive and well.
I can' t believe people whining about Ozzy's voice cracking a few times, look at the tour he's been on, right after doing OzzFest, then recording an album, then some overseas dates etc. non stop rock for the Prince of Darkness as always.

It's just too bad Rogers Arena has to contract to the worst security known to Vancouver, oh well, they don't get paid f-all and I guess you get what you pay for.
