Dinosaur Jr. frontman J Mascis releases new single, "Not Enough"

Holy shit on a shingle, J Mascis just released a new song! “Not Enough” is acoustically amazing proving that Dinosaur Jr.’s frontman really knows how to strum the heartstrings with his shaky, soulful voice.

The single is good enough to make us wish that Christmas would piss off so we could fast forward to March 15, 2011 to buy the new Mascis solo album, Several Shades of Why, on its release date. The new album will also feature Band of Horses’ Ben Bridwell and Broken Social Scene’s Kevin Drew just two more reasons why it sounds like the best thing since creamed chipped beef on toast.
