Justin Trudeau kicks some Conservative ass in charity boxing match

Liberal MP Justin Trudeau scored a technical knockout in his "Thrilla on the Hilla" bout in Ottawa against Conservative Senator Patrick Brazeau.

Brazeau, a 37-year-old former national chief of the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, was heavily favoured by most observers.

"I take hits and keep going," Trudeau said after match.

The fight raised more than $230,000 for cancer research.

If things go to hell Stateside we might need this guy to kick some serious Santorum ass. Or my mom could do it.

Good on both of them for playing the game, but it's obvious that Trudeau's brain was even more powerful than his punch. He read Ali's book. ;)

Brute force and ignorance is an old, failed strategy ... in politics, in business and in the boxing ring. Fortunately, the "political right" still doesn't get it. ;)

Why does the XY chromosome set still have to do this kind of stuff ? His poor Mom being there! That said, I'm glad Justin succeeded...now a match between him and that scarey clown doughboy, E. Levant for calling Justin a "shiney pony"...
