Live Nationhas announced that Toronto-based alt-rock group Sloan will be performing at the Commodore Ballroom on Friday, September 14, in support of the rerelease of its 1994 album, Twice Removed.

Consisting of guitarists Patrick Pentland and Jay Ferguson, bassist Chris Murphy, and drummer Andrew Scott, Sloan established its alternative pop voice and showcased its four distinctive songwriters with Twice Removed. The album is set to be reissued in a deluxe, triple-vinyl edition in September and, in celebration, the band is playing it in its entirety before delving into the rest of its catalogue.

Tickets for the show are priced at $25 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (June 29) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.

Tickets are also available for purchase at all Ticketmaster Outlets and through Rogers Wireless Box Office.
