July 4th Toilet

Madcap musical imagineers July 4th Toilet, famous for never doing the same show twice, perform the same show twice on Friday (July 23) at the WISE Hall. But wait, there's a twist: while the evening show caters to the band's over-19, alcohol-consuming fans, a late-afternoon performance promises good clean fun for the whole family. The reason for the special all-ages show is the original concept behind this event, which is a song-for-song re-creation of an obscure 1975 K-Tel children's record called Rock Fantasy. Still not convinced this is the place to bring your Internet date? Keep in mind the band will expand to an 18-piece unit for this 10th-anniversary celebration, that Rock Fantasy takes place in a land where the animals are people and vice versa, and that costumes will be involved.
