Crimson walls and serpentine banquettes are the cozy background to petite plates that score high on creativity. Under the Market category, you'll see "beetroot in textures": mousse, raw, and cooked, $9, with greens, Etorki cheese, and freshly made bread. River and Ocean gets you B.C. salted-ling-cod mousse with fava beans and Oyama speck ham and fingerling chips ($9). Beneath the Land umbrella are goodies like beef-oxtail pastilla ($11) and goose prosciutto with Denman Island quince jelly and apple batons ($10).
