JFL NorthWest has already had to add another performance for comedian Jo Koy due to high demand.

The 7 p.m. performance on March 7, 2018 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre is sold out, so the comedy fest has added a 9:30pm performance as well.

The Filipino-American, Tacoma-born standup comic--whose real name is Joseph Glenn Herbert--has been selling out theatres around North America. He's a weekly guest on The Adam Carolla Show podcast, and recently started his own podcast, The Koy Pond with Jo Koy. He honed his act in the coffeehouses and bars of Las Vegas, where he now happens to own a popular Japanese fondue joint.

A lot of his hyperenergized comedy plays with themes of culture, race, and Filipino family life. See what all the fuss is about in this clip from Live From Seattle--his "Rice is rice" bit.
