From August 16 to 25, Rumble Theatre presents its biennial Tremors Festival of Emerging Talent at the Italian Cultural Centre (3075 Slocan Street).

Tremors showcases the talents of an amazing group of emerging artists who will direct, design, stage-manage, tech, produce, and perform in three fresh plays by three Canadian playwrights: Selfie by Christine Quintana, Tiny Replicas by Dave Deveau, and Theory by Norman Yeung.

Tremors runs Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 7 p.m., with a Wednesday matinee at 1 p.m. No performances on Sunday or Monday.

This year’s festival is Pay-What-You-Decide. Suggested ticket prices start at $5, but it’s up to you, the ticket-buying theatre goer, to choose what you’d like to pay to see a Tremors show. You can purchase your tickets online now at Theatre Wire, or at the door. The on-site box office will be open one hour prior to the start of each session.
