      The curator of the multisite 2019 Pattison Outdoor Billboards Public Art Project talks not only about the ocean in terms of visual surface and depth, but also about the technological developments that have allowed us to see it more clearly. Featured artists in the streetside display are Christina Battle, Eshrat Erfanian, and Susan Schuppli.
