(Community announcement by the Chan Centre)

The annual Christmas at the Chan Centre concert is a collaborative gift to the wider community from the Chan family, the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, and Trinity Western University, and is made possible through the generous assistance of the Chan Endowment Fund of the University of British Columbia.

This year’s program will feature pianists Carmen Fast Hollett and Suzanne Klukas along with professional orchestra, and the repertoire includes movements from Vivaldi’s Gloria and Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite as well as gorgeous carol arrangements by Dan Forrest and Respighi’s Laud to the Nativity.

The beloved Christmas event brings together four of TWU’s choral ensembles – Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Chamber Singers, and Masterworks Chorus – and full orchestra under the direction of Dr. Joel Tranquilla.
