This fall, you’ll be able to put some faces to the voices of your favourite podcasts when the Northwest Podcast Fest rolls into Vancouver.

From October 2 to 5, at theatres across Vancouver, famous podcasters including Dan Savage and Duncan Trussell, plus Vancouver’s own Stop Podcasting Yourself, hosted by Graham Clark and Dave Shumka with special guest Jon Dore.

The fest will kick off with Stop Podcasting Yourself Live at the Biltmore Cabaret at 7 p.m. on October 2. At the same time at Little Mountain Gallery, Jacob Talks to Girls will be presenting at 7 p.m.

The next day, October 3, Stuff You Should Know will be creating a live podcast at the Rickshaw Theatre at 7 p.m. Science US! with Ivan Decker and Peter Carlone will also be performing on October 3 at 7 p.m., once again at the Little Mountain Gallery.

The festival will continue with Dan Savage and the Savage Lovecast. This is the only all-ages show of the festival and will take place on October 4 at 2:30 p.m. Also on October 4 at 9 p.m. is The Duncan Trussell Family Hour, which will take place at the Rickshaw Theatre.

Finally, the event will culminate not with a podcast but with a comedy show: an evening of standup with Norm Macdonald. This show will take place on October 4 at the Vogue Theatre with doors opening at 7 p.m.
