The world comes to the Pacific National Exhibition this year, with a rainbow nation of culture-hopping performances each day.

Follow the sounds of the exploding beats to Jigu! Thunder Drums of China (shown here), where elaborately costumed percussion virtuosos fill the Pacific Coliseum from Saturday (August 16) to August 24, with pounding drums of all sizes. At the same venue, look for the new Mystic India: The World Tour show later during the PNE, from August 26 to September 1. It’s a Bollywood-dance spectacular that will have you busting moves in your seat. Think eye candy here, with hundreds of dazzling costumes and the sights and sounds of acrobats, dancers, singers, and musicians travelling from Rajasthan to Uttar Pradesh, with several stops amid Bollywood films along the way.
