COVID can’t keep a good queen-bitch-diva down at the Zoom-delivered Quarantine at the Elbow Room Café

Vancouver's iconic eatery the Elbow Room Café opens virtually for one day only this Saturday (December 12).

Zee Zee Theatre is bringing back the characters from last year's Holiday at the Elbow Room Café for a very COVID holiday tribute to the former West End restaurant that was as famous for the flying insults and caustic wisecracks of its staff--in particular cofounder Patrice (Patrick) Savoie--as it was for its "big ass" menu items.

"Join Bryan, Patrick and Tabby along with some new and some old faces as they navigate the holidays without being able to gather in the café," reads the event info on the Zee Zee Theatre website.

Playwright Dave Deveau's Quarantine at the Elbow Room Café is directed by Cameron MacKenzie and features David Adams, Steven Greenfield, Joey Lesperance, Emme Slipp, and Deborah Williams.

It opens via Zoom at 7 pm Pacific time and you can reserve your spot here.
