Fans of classical piano music can enjoy some virtual performances starting tomorrow (October 14) and running through October 21.

The Vancouver Women's Musical Society presents the second virtual recital of its 115th season, featuring Vancouver pianist Nicole Linaksita, whose credits include performing with the Postmodern Camerata, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, the Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra.

Her virtual recitals, recorded at the Unitarian Church of Vancouver, will see Linaksita perform works by Beethoven (Sonata in G Major, Op. 31 No. 1), Bach (Prelude and Fugue in C Sharp Minor, BWV 849), Hamelin (Etude No. 6 "Omaggio a Domenico Scarlatti"), and Strauss/Dohnányi (Du und Du).
