OperaBox Company and Burnaby Lyric Opera will present a virtual performance of favourite selections from Handel's Messiah this Christmas season.

Conductor Valery Saul will lead musicians from baroque orchestras of Seattle and Portland and soloists from B.C., including sopranos Chloé Hurst and Bahareh Poureslami, tenor Isaiah Bell, alto Emma Parkinson, and bass Aaron Durand.

The performances will take place December 19 at 7:30 pm and December 20 at 2 pm.

Tickets are priced from $15 to $30, and partial proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross.
