Give peace a chance! Until Sunday (October 15), Boys' Co and the Elliot Louis Gallery are staging a Bed-in for Peace in the store window at 1044 Robson Street. It's to commemorate John Lennon and Yoko Ono's peaceful protest in Montreal in 1969, which grabbed headlines around the world, as well as Lennon's birthday on October 9. Limited-edition photos of the original event by photojournalist Gerry Deiter are on display inside the store. Partial proceeds from the sale of prints and John and Yoko T-shirts will go to Doctors Without Borders. Imagine.
