Summer Splash Tour headliner change: Tosh 1 to replace Ky-Mani Marley

The Straight previously announced that reggae artists Ky-Mani Marley and Luciano would be co-headlining a show at the Commodore Ballroom on Friday, June 21; however, Marley has postponed his appearance due to a scheduling conflict. In his place will be Tosh 1, son of the late reggae icon Peter Tosh.

Born in Jamaica, Tosh 1 relocated to Boston at age five where he first encountered hip-hop and quickly developed a passion for the art of rap.

Tosh 1 is now set to release his highly anticipated album Death to the Shitstem, which will feature his signature hip-hop meets reggae brand of music.

Tickets are currently on sale on the Ticketmaster website and are priced at $29.75 (plus service charges and fees).

Refunds are available at point of purchase for those unable to attend due to the headliner change. Tickets previously purchased can be used for the new headliner show.

Tickets are also available for purchase at Highlife and Zulu Records, Rehanah’s Roti, Patty Shop & Caribbean Market, Salon Supreme, Piassa Hairdressing Salon, and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
