Railroading Kitsilano’s community gardens (video)

During the past week, I've covered the demolishing of parts of the Cypress, Maple, and Pine Street community gardens by crews working on behalf of CP Rail.

Vancouver filmmaker Mike Babiarz also went down to the gardens to see the destruction.

In "Railroading the Community Gardens" (which includes one of my photos), he interviews five of the gardeners and documents some of the goings-on in this patch of the Arbutus corridor.
