Photos: Day one at the Fair at the PNE

The annual Fair at the PNE opened yesterday at Hastings Park with a fair amount of sunshine and no rain.

This year's highlights include the Genghis Khan exhibit, the summer concert series, Sportacular, Superdogs, and the Peking Acrobats.

It continues until September 2, though it's closed on two Mondays (August 19 and August 26). Ticket information is avialable here.
