Vancouver play gyms can keep you and the kids sane on rainy days

Now that the weather has gone back to the usual Vancouver drizzle, are you wondering what you’re going to do with the little rugrats once Lego sets and bouncy balls and whining have driven you mad?

Some kind soul has created a spreadsheet of all the play gyms at Vancouver community centres, where, for typically $2 to $3, your children up to age 5 can run loose and tire themselves out with bouncy castles, toy cars, and other gym equipment without annoying the heck out of you.

Call the community centre or check online to confirm times.

The YMCA on Saturday nights does a great family night -
bouncy castle, rock wall, basketballs, soft climbers, soccer, floor hockey etc etc
all YMCA locations offer different options - but its great fun, the kids run wild and its $10 for the family! Our son loves it, and we usually meet up with heaps of friends so its like a huge playdate - for kids and adults
