Drone reveals destruction caused by Nepal earthquake (video)

Stunning images and footage—what the cynical among us might call "disaster porn" (I know, too soon)—are coming out in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in Nepal.

This video shot by a drone provides an overview of the destruction in the capital, Kathmandu.

If you want to donate to relief efforts, one way is to do so via text message.

The Nepal Culture Society of B.C. is calling for donations to the Red Cross or itself.

"At this tragic moment, Nepal is in a dire need of your support. We, the Nepali community from BC, are doing all we can to raise funds and help those in immediate need of food, shelter and medicines," NCSBC states in an appeal.
