The cost of Internet access is too damn high (infographic)

      If there's one thing Canadians like to complain about, it's cellphone bills. Next on the list are Internet and TV packages.

      TekSavvy Solutions commissioned a survey to find out what Canadians think of Internet plans. As an indie telecom company, TekSavvy's agenda is obvious.

      The online survey of 1,500 Canadian adults, conducted by IDC Canada in October 2013, found that 67 percent of respondents think Internet packages are too expensive.

      As well, 48 percent of respondents find Internet plans to be confusing.
