The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Diskordanse Company’s ARIA

The Diskordanse Company presents ARIA at the Scotiabank Dance Centre (677 Davie Street) on Saturday (May 3) at 8 p.m.

The new contemporary dance performance is inspired by the natural elements, with dancers using props to help facilitate movement and sound. On stage, audiences will see the characterizations of air and fire, joined by the vestiges of danger and a child-like storyteller.

ARIA includes music by Loscil, Linkin Park, A Perfect Circle, and the Kronos Quartet.

Tickets to ARIA are $45 and can be purchased online in advance.
