Homeless in Vancouver: New kid in the neighbourhood

    1 of 2 2 of 2

Nick has just moved in to an apartment in Fairview off the South Granville strip and he’s literally bubbling over with enthusiasm for his new neighbourhood—you can tell can’t you?

He says he wants to encourage his new neighbours be even more neighbourly than they already are, and really get them talking.

This is a good start—it will certainly make a lot of people smile—but if Nick were to, say, throw a dachshund into the mix, that, combined with his bubbly personality, would virtually guarantee people would be flocking to talk to him not just about him.

Developers certainly have given bubbles a bad name.
