Touchstone Theatre presents The Concessions at the Firehall Arts Centre (280 East Cordova Street) from June 6 to 14.

Briana Brown’s play is a mystery-drama that centres on an inexplicable act of violence in a rural Ontario community. When someone close to Faye is murdered, she begins to question her own existence. Meanwhile, Sarah, a local radio host, stirs residents’ fears into a frenzy, and suspects begin to emerge from unlikely places.

This production of The Concessions stars Emma Slipp as Faye and Jillian Fargey as Sarah. The play directed by Touchstone Theatre’s artistic director Katrina Dunn also features Sebastian Kroon, Marilyn Norry, and Alec Willows, with set design by David Roberts, lighting design by Adrian Muir, sound design by Mishelle Cuttler, and costumes by Farnaz Khaki-Sadiq.

Tickets to The Concessions can be purchased online in advance.
