Video: Sad Ben Affleck

This has not been a great week for Ben Affleck.

His new movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, is being roasted by many film critics.

His ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, is the toast of Vanity Fair, appearing on this month's cover and offering some frank talk about their marriage.

Even though she said some positive things about him, that's still gotta sting. Especially this comment.

"He's just a complicated guy," Garner tells Vanity Fair. "I always say, 'When his sun shines on you, you feel it.' But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it's cold. He can cast quite a shadow."

In the video below, viewers can catch the sad side of Affleck, even as it goes unnoticed by Batman v Superman costar Henry Cavill.

Meanwhile, ex-wife Jennifer Garner is looking pretty chipper these days.
