Vancouver vigil scheduled in memory of Orlando nightclub shooting victims

This evening, mourners will gather in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery in the wake of a Florida mass murder.

Early this morning, 50 people were killed by a gunman inside a gay nightclub in Orlando. He was later killed by a SWAT team.

The Vanouver vigil will be held at 8 p.m.

The FBI is treating the killings as an act of terrorism after the killer pledged allegiance to ISIS in a 911 call.

It's the worst mass-shooting incident in American history.

President Barack Obama has described the attack as "an act of terror and hate".
