      Welcome to Felindr, the Georgia Straight's feline adoption web feature.   

      Each profile is of an eligible catchelor or catchelorette from VOKRA, the non-profit Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association dedicated to the rescue of cats in the Lower Mainland.

      Names: Boggle, Checkers, Cubix, Qwirkle, Scrabble, and Zingo of the Gaming Kittens Club

      Profession: purrfessional gamers

      We're seeking: gamers to play with, of course!

      Boggle asks, "Did I just boggle your mind?"

      Physical description: attractively designed with intuitive, user-friendly features

      Ethnicity: Gameonian

      Want kids? We play games with everyone! Yay!

      Checkers says, "Your move."

      Smoke: That's not a fun game

      Drink: Always drink water—it's important to stay hydrated while engaging gaming marathons

      Cubix says, "Let's have robots and kittens for everyone!"

      Faith: That we will eventually win the game. Yee!

      Our purrsonalities: Boggle is shy but playful, Checkers is deceptively gentle and secretly competitive, Cubix is playful and friendly, Qwirkle likes to connect to others, Scrabble likes to discover new things (and words), Zingo has a zing to him

      Qwirkle lies down, patiently awaiting someone to slide him up to a matching kitten.

      Our conversational interests: Scrabble is the most wordy but Boggle's not far behind, and all of us like to chat about you know what

      Our hobbies: This is rather obvious. But we particularly like role-playing Settlers of Cat-an for some reason.

      Z-I-N-G-O, and Zingo was his name-o.

      Our likes: Do we really need to fill this out? Humans. Sheesh.

      Our dislikes: bad sports, missing pieces

      Scrabble is looking for a triple meow score.

      Our motto: Let's play!

      Our expectations of a relationship: That we get to always win.
