If you're looking for some sweet treats for your Pride parties this year, one option is to check out the Lazy Gourmet.

They're making Pride cake pops that consist of rainbow-coloured vanilla layer-cake dipped in chocolate and covered with rainbow sprinkles.

      They're selling for $36 a dozen.

They've also made other rainbow-coloured desserts, such as cheesecake and the vanilla cake pictured above, which was made for Pride Week promotional purposes.

However, if you are interested in having items like these custom made, you can always contact them for more information.

Meanwhile, keep your eye out for Lucky's Doughnuts' special Pride-edition rainbow-coloured doughnuts on sale at the Denman Street branch of BMO (958 Denman Street) at the Vancouver Pride parade on Sunday (July 31).

The limited-edition fundraising donuts sell for a $5 minimum donation and all proceeds will go to A Loving Spoonful, which provides meals to people with HIV and AIDS.

But if you want yet another option for desserts for your Pride party, you could do what the Vancouver Pride Society did at their Pride Premiere kickoff party: they had a range of cupcakes made in the each of the colours of the rainbow. (Of course, this could also be done with any number of dessert options.)
