Felindr Kittens of the Week: The candy cats

      Welcome to Felindr, the Georgia Straight's feline adoption web feature.   

      Each profile is of an eligible catchelor or catchelorette from VOKRA, the non-profit Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association dedicated to the rescue of cats in the Lower Mainland.

      Names: Aero, Hershey, Skittles, and Smarties

      Purrfession: catfections

      We're seeking: someone's life to sweeten up

      Aero can be quite bubbly.

      Physical description: Hershey is white and dark chocolate, Aero is chocolate striped, Skittles is a mixed bag of black and white, and Smarties is a colourful mix of white and black

      Ethnicity: Cocoaian

      Want kids? Will they gobble us up?

      Hershey likes to give chocolatey kisses.

      Smoke: That doesn't taste very good

      Drink: It's nice to have some milk with sweets

      Faith: We believe we can fly, we believe we can touch the sky—when we have a sugar high

      Sometimes Skittles is a little (s)cattered.

      Our purrsonalities: Aero may seem calm but is bubbly inside, Hershey is smooth and delicious, Smarties is a colourful little treat, and Skittles is a bit fruity

      Our conversational interests: Do you pet the red ones last? Can you feel the bubbles when you pet us? Do you like to pet the rainbow?

      Our hobbies: running off the sugar high, re-enacting random scenes from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

      While playing and running around, Smarties enjoys showing his true colours.

      Our likes: catfectionaries, being colourful and sweet, eating, playing Candyland boardgame

      Our dislikes: cavities (except for the kind we can explore), zits
