Cycling guide created for newcomers to Vancouver

HUB Cycling has produced a neat manual to help newcomers to Vancouver get into biking.

Created in in collaboration with immigrant settlement workers, the guide features tips about buying, locking, and maintaining a bicycle in Vancouver.

The tool includes information about safety measures like wearing a helmet and using front and back lights after dark.
