Dessert fans across the Lower Mainland will have a few more convenient options in their neighbourhoods to choose from in the near future. TMix Tea and Dessert Bar is gearing up for a rapid expansion across Metro Vancouver.

They'll be opening up not just one but three new locations over the next few months.

TMix specializes in Asian-influenced twists on dessert items such as artisan ice cream, macarons, and frappes, in addition to Asian desserts like shaved ice and bubble waffles.

While they already have a location at 3432 Cambie Street, they'll be opening a new 750 square-foot location in Kitsilano at 2790 West Broadway next week. (A date hasn't been specified yet.)

A Burnaby location, about 500 square feet, will open in March.

After that, a Richmond location is slated to open in May. This location will be about 1,200 square feet large and will become their flagship location.

The menus will remain the same as what's available at their Cambie Street location.

If you haven't checked them out yet, there are quite a number of inventive flavours and dessert variations on the menu for dessert lovers.

Their handcrafted ice cream (made with B.C. eggs) includes flavours as diverse as red velvet cheesecake, Earl Grey, and white chocolate lavender while macaron flavours span the range from honeydew to lychee Champagne.

Bubble waffles are also available with flavours like strawberry cream or s'mores, along with toppings.
