Felindr Kittens of the Week: Meet the techni-cats Firefox, Lycos, and Safari

Welcome to Felindr, the Georgia Straight's feline adoption web feature.   

Each profile is of an eligible catchelor or catchelorette from VOKRA, the non-profit Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association dedicated to the rescue of cats in the Lower Mainland.

Names: Firefox, Lycos, and Safari

Purrfession: professional feline browsers

We're seeking: someone to browse the world wide web with

Physical description: Firefox is white with some black-and-brown patches, Safari is all black, and Lycos is only available in a black-and-white version (not colour)

Ethnicity? There's an app for that

Want kids? If they're old enough to know how to use the internet

Drink: We order it online

Faith: In Tron, we trust.

Our purrsonalities: Firefox likes to work one-on-one, Lycos loves to be into whatever's trending, and Safari likes to be downloaded into your lap 

Our conversational interests: debating whether or not the world wide web was spun by a spider (and if so, can we kill it?), are we classified as software due to our fur?

Our hobbies: social networking (with our owner), inventing new apps, chasing after the mouse, being a laptop

Our likes: chasing string down the information superhighway, iPaws, things that are Microsoft and microcuddly, thinking outside the (litter)box 

Our dislikes: crashes, fail whales, bugs (though sometimes we megabite them), spam (though we could try eating it), viruses (that we won't eat)

Our motto: Reach out and pet someone

Our expectations of a relationship: being your personal compurrter
