The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors the Sakura Night Gala

On April 2, the Sakura Night Gala takes over the Stanley Park Pavilion (610 Pipeline).

Presented as part of this year's Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, the third annual party raises funds for the festival and showcases an array of Asian-fusion dishes created by local restaurants.

Patricipating eateries include Ancora Waterfront Dining + Patio, Bella Gelateria, Benkei Ramen, Hapa Izakaya, Masayoshi, Prestons Restaurant & Lounge, Zakkushi, and Zen Japanese Restaurant.

On April 2, the doors open at 6:30 p.m., while the event runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Tickets for the Sakura Night Gala are $152.50 and are available online.
