Homeless in Vancouver: Takin’ care of bees-ness

    1 of 2 2 of 2

It appears that when I photographed a back alley flower bed in the Fairview neighbourhood early Sunday evening (July 2) I was lucky enough to accidentally capture a bee at work in two of the shots.

If it looks to you like a fuzzy bumblebee, blame the poor focus; it is most certainly a honeybee—the first of its svelte kind that I have photographed this year!

Certainly a honeybee on possibly a rhododendron.
