Photos: Team Canada lights up skies with fireworks at Honda Celebration of Light in Vancouver
It was another relatively peaceful night in downtown Vancouver, even with hundreds of thousands of people pouring into the area to watch the final major fireworks show of the summer.
Last night, it was Canada's turn at the Honda Celebration of Light.
Cst. Jason Doucette of the Vancouver police told reporters that one man was arrested for groping. Officers also dumped alcohol from bottles found at the booze-free event.
Team Canada's show followed previous displays by teams from Japan and the United Kingdom.
The winner of the fireworks competition will be announced Tuesday (August 8).
