Franz Ferdinand plays the Commodore Ballroom on December 5

Live Nation has just announced that Franz Ferdinand will play the Commmodore Ballroom on December 5.

The Glasgow-based rock quartet is composed of bassist Bob Hardy, guitarist Nick McCarthy, drummer Paul Thomson, and singer-guitarist Alex Kapranos.

Tickets for the Vancouver show are $49.50 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (October 13) at 10 a.m. at Live Nation.
