There must be a lot of American shoppers wondering, "Who the hell is Stephen Harper and what is going on in Canada?"

In the dying days of 2012, Idle No More flash mobs disrupted the capitalist calm of shopping malls in cities from Fresno, California, to Bangor, Maine, with singing, drumming, and politics. More are likely to come as the indigenous sovereignty movement continues to grow.

Here's footage of a few of the recent rallies.
