Mitt Romney offers seat sale to fundraising dinner

The Guido Fawkes' blog...of plots, rumours and conspiracy has an amusing story about how Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney had to slash ticket prices to a July 26 fundraising event in London.
The dinner originally cost $25,000 per head. But after the GOP candidate insulted Londoners' ability to host the Olympics and then forgot the name of the Labour Party leader, the price reportedly fell to $10,000.
There's an amusing poster on the site purporting that tickets had plummeted to $2,500.

He could have kept the original $25,000 price of entry if he was the object of a shoe-throwing contest.
