Photo gallery: On set in Vancouver for Little Guitar Army's video shoot

This past week, a band of little guitars called, appropriately enough, Little Guitar Army, recorded its first music video in little time—just 29 hours.

The video for “30 Watts (to freedom)” was shot in a broken-down warehouse and an apartment building in the Downtown Eastside. There, former tenants made moving day easy by chucking all of their furniture out of the windows.

The story: LGA plays on a rooftop and a tactical unit drops by. Everybody freaks out and the band gets chased by police through the warehouse. In the end, all members of LGA are killed. It’s a shame, considering all ten members have many ties to the Vancouver music scene, not to mention that band founder Cal Thompson built all of those little guitars.

Rebecca Blissett is a Vancouver-based photographer. She maintains a blog called Oh, Shoot.
