Rob Zombie doesn't approve of Ozzy Osbourne's musician-swiping ways

Shock-rocker Rob Zombie is getting a little tired of the Prince of Darkness picking off his bandmates. Back in 2006 Ozzy Osbourne hired away Zombie's bassist, Rob "Blasko" Nicholson, and then just a few months ago Zombie's drummer, Tommy Clufetos, jumped ship and joined the Ozzy camp.

Zombie voiced his displeasure during an interview with Revolver TV's Jimmy Roc backstage at a stop on the Mayhem Festival tour (which East Van's own 3 Inches of Blood is also part of). "Certain people like to do things in a way that I would never do things and I don't think it's correct," said Zombie, "but that's the way they like to do business, obviously."

Zombie went on to say that he was "happy to get rid of certain people", and that he was pleased to have Joey Jordison of Slipknot on board as his new touring drummer. As for Nicholson and Clufetos, they won't be getting invites to Zombie's next Halloween bash. "Once you leave our group, you're pretty much dead to us," he explained.

Zombie and Osbourne have collaborated on songs and videos before, and have also toured together, but the honeymoon appears to be over. And besides, Zombie's happier with his Gruesome Twosome buddy, Alice Cooper, who he'll tour with again this fall.

Rob Zombie rules! Ozzy is only popular to this day because of those he surrounded himself with in the 70s and 80s. He is only a voice.

you got it, Therzinator. Without incredible guitarists like Iommi and Rhoads to make him sound good, Ozzy's career would have fizzled out long ago.
