Vancouver’s iconic weed pin-up and activist shares her recipe for granola with a twist

      There are a lot of ways to spice up a traditional granola recipe—fresh fruit, yogurt, chia seeds, compote. For baked baker Watermelon, the best way to add a kick to this hearty snack is with bud. In her latest video, she takes viewers through a step-by-step recipe to make “Gramola”: granola, with half a gram of weed in every serving.

      “It’s wholesome, it’s hearty, and it’s a bit of a party!”

      Gramola

      What you’ll need:

      • 9 grams of shake flower or 4.5 grams of weed
      • 1/3 cup of coconut, peanut, or grapeseed oil
      • 4 cups of rolled oats
      • 1 cup of kasha
      • 1 cup of chia seeds
      • 1 cup of hemp hearts
      • 1 cup of mixed nuts (Watermelon’s recipe uses ½ cup of walnuts and ½ cup of peanuts)
      • ½ cup of dried fruit (Watermelon’s recipe uses raisins)
      • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
      • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
      • Pinch of salt
      • Baking dish
      • Frying pan
