Espersen & Son Heritage Company

The was founded in 2019 by Ryan Espersen, a Caribbean-based historical archaeologist who relocated to BC's Lower Mainland. seeks to connect people and business to their region's past by creatively re-purposing material cultural heritage that would otherwise be discarded into interior décor. Our display will feature interior lighting made from repurposed 17th-18th century Dutch Ijssel brick from the Caribbean, and late 19th and early 20th-century brick made in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Espersen & Son's products are sold locally, and internationally on Saba, Dutch Caribbean.
