I have gratitude towards them in hindsight. When thinking about them today - hard core supervisor that was snappy but taught me life saving skills,neighbor who slammed the door yet loved her cat and made me immune to others behavior after her and I just laugh at it now when it used to get under my skin. I hope they are happy tonight and I am grateful for their presence in my life and it takes time and hindsight to really appreciate a person sometimes or see their value as a person beyond a stereotype.
